"This place has been renovated and looks much better now. However, there are only 2-3 workers, and they're just okay. The kabsa was fine, but the shawarma was not what I expected from a Arabic restaurant. I'm not sure if my expectations are too high, but now I'm comparing every shawarma place to this Damascus or Halab. It's worth noting that the restaurant was empty during lunch hour, despite being surrounded by offices. I think the lack of lunch hour deals might be a deterrent for customers. I know Fhya, which is closed now in the same area, was usually full during lunch hour. Perhaps considering lunch offers like Fhya or Mantra could help attract more customer."
